Pregnancy & Chiropractic: Week 12 with Erin
Hey Everyone, During early pregnancy a lot of women experience fatigue. I am tired all the time and I sleep anywhere from 10 to 12 hours a night!!! When you are pregnant and experiencing fatigue, your body is not as active as it once was. You are also not getting the same motion in your joints and muscles, ultimately putting pressure on nerves and... limiting your function. By getting adjusted, it helps restore the lost motion in your joints and helps maintain joint health. This leads to relieving pressure on your nerves and all around improving your joint function.
