Pregnancy & Chiropractic: Week 18 with Erin

This week I thought we could talk about exercising while pregnant. Now that I am in my 2nd trimester and I am starting to feel better, I thought it would be the perfect time to start exercising again.

Some exercises you can do while pregnant are: walk 20-30 minutes every other day, stretches and yoga. If you exercised regularly before you were pregnant try to keep the same routine. Just remember to never exercise to the point of being out of breath. If you are breathless, it means there is a lack of oxygen getting to the baby.

Remember, exercising while pregnant will lead to more energy, better sleep, and an overall healthier mom and baby.
