I wake up in the morning with low back pain. Is it my back or is it my bed?

If your mattress does not conform to your spine or if you sleep in a poor position as on your belly it could be your bed. However, if you have a disc or joint problem it could indicate a lumbar spine problem. A good chiropractic exam can tell the difference! More on your bed and proper pillow next Wednesday.
