Can a person who had back surgery see a chiropractor?

Yes. It's unfortunate that up to half of those who had spinal surgery can discover a return of their original symptoms, even months or years later. They then face the possibility of an additional surgery. This too common occurrence is known as "Failed Back Surgery Syndrome."  Utilizing chiropractic care may help prevent repeated back surgeries as well as can often prevent the need for an initial back surgery in the first place.  Belville and Associates Chiropractic offers a variety of different treatment options that correspond specifically to a patient’s needs and preferences, including post-surgical patients.

Good to know that I can still go see a chiropractor after my recent back surgery. The pain is still there, but not as bad. I think seeing a chiropractor might help get rid of the lingering pain from the surgery. Thanks for the great information.
