Good bye July, Hello August! We're half way through our Fitness Friday Challenge! One of the main things to focus on now is keeping the motivation. But how do you do that?

Old habits die hard and it's easy to make excuses and fall back after a few weeks of your new exercise and diet program

One thing successful people do is squeezing activity in whenever you can.

Everyone has a busy schedule. It's what you do during those lunch breaks and in between moments that can make or break your success to a healthier you.

One of our staff found a really cool free app to help fit in workouts. It's called Sworkit. There's a free version even!

We recommend you check out Sworkit. It provides a work out for you, based on what you're in the mood for, what area you want to focus on, and how much time you have. And best of all, it's FREE!

Are you in the mood for yoga? Cardio? Strength Training?

What area do you want to focus on? Upper body? Core strength? Legs?

How much time do you have? Five minutes? Twenty? How about sixty?

You plug in your choices, and away you go! The app has video demonstrations of each type of exercise to guide you along your work out.

We had Kyle Belville, Exercise Rehab Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer, check the app out and guess what, it's Kyle approved. For those in between moments, hectic schedules and busy days where you can't clear time to go to the gym or do your regular training program, this app works great to keep you in the routine of staying active.

And If you miss a day don’t be so hard on yourself. Always remember that tomorrow is a new day to start fresh and make good choices for a healthier you!

Happy Friday!

***We always recommend to check with your doctor before starting any exercise regiment to make sure you are ready to go.
