We have three insurance specialists available five days a week to assist you, and we strive to eliminate financial stress by providing diverse payment and insurance options. Our commitment is to offer transparent and flexible payment solutions, ensuring you can prioritize your health with peace of mind. Your care is our priority, and we're here to make it as seamless as possible for you.

Insurance

Most insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid, are accepted at our chiropractic office. We handle auto accidents, worker’s compensation, and personal injury cases resulting in neck pain, back pain, extremity injuries (hand, foot, elbow, shoulder, etc.), headaches, or other pain-related conditions. Because there are so many insurance plans, please call us and ask for one of our Insurance Specialists to find out if your insurance covers chiropractic care in our office. Our staff would happily verify your insurance benefits and explain them to you at no charge.

In-Network Insurance

Here is a brief list of insurance companies accepted at our office: Common Ground, United Healthcare, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Health Partners, Prairie States, Humana, UMR, Cigna, Network Health, WPS, Medicare, and Medicaid.

What if I don’t have insurance?

Our goal is to allow everyone to experience the benefits of chiropractic care. We offer flexible payment programs and/or a cash discount for patients with little or no chiropractic insurance coverage. Many patients choose to pay immediately following their visit with the chiropractor, especially as they discover that chiropractic care is extremely cost-effective and affordable.

How do I make a payment?

There are three ways to make a payment at our office:

  1. Payment in the office: We can save your card on file at your visit so you do not have to bring in your purse or wallet to each visit.

  2. Pay over the phone: Call our office, and you can pay your bill over the phone.

  3. Pay online: We offer electronic statements, so you no longer have to receive paper statements. Your statement can be sent to your email, and you can pay online.

We are proud to offer the expertise of our three dedicated insurance specialists on weekdays to address any inquiries you may have. Feel free to reach out to them; their extensive knowledge ensures they can assist you in finding the answers you need.

  2. Courtney can be reached at (920) 232-2287 on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

  3. Dawn can be reached at (920) 232-2282. She’s available Mondays and Wednesdays from 8 am to 4:30 pm and Fridays from 8 am to 3 pm.
